Sharing Files

Okay, I have 3 PCs in this workgroup. All 3 of them run WinXP Pro. I ran the network setup wizard on all 3, turned on file sharing, cut off all 3 firewalls. Not sure whats going on guys.

PC1 - Delta1

PC2 - MediaCenter1

PC3 - dadstoy

On PC2, I can view dadstoy and itself, but not Delta1. On the other hand, I can ping PC2 from Delta1 and from dadstoy, but on Delta1, I can't view any other machines in the workgroup. I can view them from PC2 though. I cannot access any of the files from PC3, it password prompts me and I'm lost there. Delta1 does not show up on any of the PC's.

I've done research, with tears in my eyes, read, "Networking For Newbies", and can't seem to find my answer. It's getting really frustrating. I'm positive one of you guys can help me out. Thanks.

Are they in the same workgroup.
Do they have the same rang in IPs (ex. 192.168.1.10 the second is 192.168.1.20 ....
and the same subnet mask.
Before you can make share, make sure that they can ping each other.

I'll check that. You know what I thought of though. I have two of the machines off of a hub that is off the router. I suppose it would make sense that the machine that I'm on, I can see the share, but not the other. BUT, I can see dadstoy, that is directly out of the router, but can't see the other two machines that share the same hub.
