Sharing overclocking success ;)

Hey guys. I have just installed a new cooler (Primecooler ALCU) on my Asus NX6600 TOP. I used to have great problems in temperatures. Now it has gone down to 40 Celsius idle, max 60 LOAD. It used to be 50 idle and up to a whopping 90 LOAD. I recommend this type of cooler for everyone in a simmilar situation.

NOW the core is at 570 (from default 400) and the memory at 1150 (from default 900)

but :/ i have some other cards next to me graphics card and it wouldnt be possible to intall such a big fan/heatsink ... how did u managed ?

Lol

This cooler takes up one PCI slot. So if you have many, it's not a problem. I have three and do not use even a single slot.

nice after market, what 3dmark scores are you pulling up now. Do you see much improvement?

I got some very decent scores. Prior to Ocing I had 43,000 Aquamarks. Now I have some 63,400. As well as that, the 3D Mark 2003 score was 8900 as far as I know at 520/1150 (did not try the newer one yet) and 3900 on the 05 version.
