Shdiag Problems

Is this a problem with samsung's hd testing program (shdiag) or is the hard drive bad? at work I have had a few hard drives that when I do the extensive testing it gets up to 2% at stops and says that the hard drive is fine but when I tested a 10gig hd it went passed 2% so is it that the hard drive is bad or can I just not test newer hard drives?

all the hard drives that only go up to 2% are 80gig and up.

If the drive works when I plug it in that's all the testing I need :P

If it doesn't come back and say something is wrong then I'd image the drive is fine. If you aren't having any trouble with the drive then it's a safe bet that there isn't anything wrong with it.

I was just wondering since at work we always test the hard drives so I don't want people to be getting bad hard drives
