Due to a missing file ( shdocvw.dll ) one of my friends ( for who i installed the computer) cant get in to his account anymore. even the adim is blocked.

Panda is his vrus scan. ( Cause I use it

he told me that after installing a program panda asked his to reboot his system, and after that the problem accured.
does anyone know what it could be??
