I shipped my pc 2000 miles and having trouble with booting. Update to the situation, it's booting now. Seems like the gpu is messed up tho, as the resolution and colors are are ridiculous. thanks.

yuppppp. dxdiag does not recognize a gpu. ill check the power and connections, and then remove to see how it boots. pretty sure my mb has on board video - we'll see. thanks agian.

I would start by removing and reinserting video card and power cables going to it to make sure its seated firmly. You can try disconnecting the hdd's and see if it boots up. If it does then you know its something with them. You can also try building the pc outside of the case to see if it works.

thanks for the help so far. i reseeded the card, but still same effect. colors are messed up and res is messed up. dxdiag reads no card. I cannot change my resolution settings. I think the GPU has been damaged during shipping. IT at my office is going to give me another card to test tomorrow. I had insurance on the shipping so FedEx should buy me a new card. Thanks all!
