Should i allow taskhost.exe internet connections?

Hello, a Comodo firewall asks me if it should allow taskhost.exe to connect the internet. I googled and im unsure if it cant become a hole in my system if i allow its connections as MS support engineer said "The Taskhost.exe accesses the internet depending on the service it is hosting". So ti is a gateway for more apps, which apps?

PS:
in Comodo firewall net intrusion log i see the process is having connection on these ports:
source: 63911, 63912, 63923
destination: 1082 (always)
and destination is 127.0.0.1
Im using WebTorrent Desktop client, got an idea if it is not its work. But cant find any logfile for this app to easilly see whether its seeding/downloading.

If I'm not mistaken, after you allow taskhost to connect there should be another process that will ask for connection. We really can't tell you what process is actually asking for connection though. Have you installed new software that needs internet access for updating?
