Should I buy this laptop? (Dell Inspiron 17r 5737)

Hello again!
Well, I've been searching for a long...long time now. I've been looking for a cheap laptop that I will be able to play minecraft on and (hopefully!) use Photoshop. I found this on Ebay- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301122833881?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
It has a 4th gen i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD and a dedicated graphics card.
So, what do you think? Should I buy it or continue searching?

It's a very nice machine, more then enough for minecraft.

It's a beast.. Literally a newer version of my (upgraded) 15R N5110... It's nice that it's got that 2GB dedicated card too.. My 15R comes with a small Nvidia GT520M..
