Should I buy this mobo?

I want to buy an intel motherboard between 200 and 250 what do you think about this one off the egg? I want it to support DDR3 and crossfire or sli prefer crossfire though..

the blackops is an excellant board, if you are going to watercool though, change out the northbridge cooler(its aluminum)
