So basically i'm looking to buy a gaming pc with a budget of £600. I found a guy selling this 1 month old system online. It's completely legit as you meet in person to do the exchange. It's up for £550 here's what he says:

msi geforce 760 oc gaming 4gb ferrari red edition card(runs at same speed as gtx 780)
this build can sit beside tv and use hdmi port on graphics card with steam big picture so its like a steam box on the tv but a far better build
intel i5 4690 3.5 processor
windows 8.1 64 bit with retail dvd
bitfenix prodighy mini itx special edition case(nearly same size as xbox one)
corsair builder gaming 750w power supply
samsung 120gb ssd 840 evo 6gb main drive(computer boots to desktop in 3 secs)amazing
asrock b85m mini motherboard
corsair vengence 8gb pc 12800 speed gaming memory
seagate 7200rpm 1tb sata 6gbs 64mb cache drive
cooler master low profile cpu fan
pioneer 24x dvdr sata
gigabyte k6800 gaming keyboard
xbox 360 wired controller

A few things about the description.
As far as I knew, and after googling it, there's no such thing as a 'Ferrari Edition' of the video card. And it runs no where close to the speed of the GTX 780.
The Bitfenix Prodigy is also no where near the size of an XBOX One :D It's probably the largest ITX case that exist.
Also, your PC won't boot up in three seconds, even with an SSD. Probably around 10 seconds for POST and then 10 seconds for Windows to load, which is still very good, but not three seconds :)
With that out of the way, it seems like a very good build for the price. It will play Battlefield 4 on high-ultra settings, which is good.

Agreed with Jinix. In addition, you don't need anything close to that PSU. A 500W one would be more than sufficient from Corsair.

Secondly, you will want to configure the 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD with Intel's Smart Response. Partition the SSD into two 64GB partitions. Install Windows on one and then install the games on the HDD and then configure the second 64GB SSD partition to use Intel's RST Smart Response (64GB is the max size) application. This will massively increase performance overall. http://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/architecture-and-technology/smart-response-technology.html

The system he originally posted is far away a better machine.

Thanks for the feedback. I knew the system is definitely up for a good price, and if it is only a month old then it should be almost as good as new. It's certainly better than anything i could build for just £600. I'm gonna get in contact with the guy to make sure everything checks out. Thanks again.

Good luck. I would be cautious since the seller guy sounds scammy/idiotic (such as highlighted above with boot time/size/etc).
