should i get the 560 ti?

I'm looking to get a video card for my PC. Just wanted an opinion and if my PC will bottleneck my card. I was looking into the asus gtx560ti and was wondering if that would be a good card for my PC. Here's the specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom 9600 Quad-Core Processor 2.3GHz
RAM: OCZ SLI-Ready DDR2 Dual Channel 2 x 2 GB
Power Supply: Ultra LSP650
Mother Board: ASUS M3N72-D AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 750a SLI HDMI ATX AMD
GPU: Onboard Nvidia 8 series
OS: Windows Vista x32 (I'm upgrading to Windows 7 x64 when I get my GPU)
Chassis: Ultra X-Blaster Black ATX tower with 2 120mm fans and an 80mm fan installed in the CPU duct

So what do you think? should I go with the asus 560ti??

The CPU will be your slowest component and will slow you down in CPU-heavy games (like GTA IV)

If you wanna upgrade and stay with AMD, wait a while longer for Bulldozer, the next architecture.

Otherwise, it's not worth getting a 560ti with a Phenom 9600. Especially at bone stock speeds.

When I run the GTA IV benchmark fully maxed out, I only get 30% CPU usage. I wouldn't say it was a CPU intensive game (not compared to BFBC2). Check out the vid that I made benching it.......

yeah I should upgrade my CPU but I really need to upgrade from this onboard nvidia 8 series. I can always upgrade that in the future. I tried to play dragon age and the frame rate sucked. I only played like 10 minutes of that game and am dying to play it through. If I were to get the 560, would I at least be able to play it? The processor I can upgrade in like 2 or three months once I get some more money, but right now I'm worried about my video card and upgrading to windows 7.
