Should i get this computer?

Im not completely knowledgeable about computers like a lot of the other people are on here, but looking at whats inside you could probably build one for your needs for cheaper than what that is being sold for. Also, nothing wrong with eBay, you just have to make sure that the sellers have a very high rating. I use ebay all the time and have not had a problem yet from high rated sellers.

well with the moeny want to spend would be around 1500-1700$ which id prefer, would i be able to get a good processor, graphics card and ram?

if so where should i start looking to build it?

Figure out what your looking for and go to newegg.com like I said, im not a pro at this stuff, but I have done a lot of reading websites and some replies on other peoples test build and have learned a lot. But if you go and find some ideas that you want and come up with a rough build and post a thread, I know a lot of people on here are willing to look it over and give input about what you dont need or what u need more of. They are great people on here, lots of help.

Are you open to building your own computer? With that kind of budget you could build a really nice machine. The specs on that eBay computer are good, but like daisymtc stated, the PSU is unknown (maybe it is high quality but it's impossible to know without them stating what it is).
