Should I get x64?

Right now I have Windows XP Home, and i just got my new system which is 64bit, so i was wondering if you guys think its worth it to upgrade to Windows XP Pro x64. Is the performance increase minimal? are there still driver issues? And do you know if 3DMark05 is 64-bit or just 32?

I've experienced a lot of driver problems and game glitches in x64, so I'd say definetley don't use it as your primary OS.

When do you guys think that it will be a safer time to use it? Like is it going to take many months? A couple years?
