should i try again at building?

hello all. im new to this forum so hello everyone

well i built a computer before with reasonable specs, just did it on the cheap
and after about 6 month it would crash every 20 or so mins and the os would need re installing roughly once a month. so then i brought a laptop.

but i miss having my desktop & im just worrid abut it not working and another £350 down the drain

so my question. do computers work if you build them yourself? or was i just unlikyyy and got a motherboard that was a bit dodgy and slowly killed everything off.

Well, It depends on how old your motherboard is if it is new and didn't work for long you were most likely unlucky.
And usually if you build a computer correctly it will work.

it was a brand new motherboard.
are there any makes which are better for motherboards or whichever fills my needs best?
