Should I upgrade the memory or get something else?

Well here's the thing I have about $240 to spend on newegg and at first I wanted to get a PDA but now I am not sure so here are my choises:
My PC as of right now:
Athlon AMD 3800+ AM2 Dual Core X2
Asus M2N-E
EVGA 7600gs 256mb
1gig 677mhz ram DDR2
the rest doest matter, so here are my choises
1) Buy a HP Ipaq rx1955 PDA
2) Buy Corsair 800mhz 2*1gig DDR2 memory and sell my old 677 memory
3) Buy Kingston 677mhz 2*1gig DDR2 memory and just add it to my setup to have 3gig total.
Tell me what you think!
 
I would go with option 3, but if you dont need that much ram just buy another 1gb stick, so you have 2gb.
 
PDA's are fun, but I rarly use mine anymore. About all I ever do with mine is show people quick videos, use it for internet during class. I used to have a keyboard for my previous PDA, but I've since just started using my laptop.
