Should i upgrade

Well i've been thinking about upgrading my computer. I like to surf the net, listen to music and play games on this rig. Games like crysis, call of duty 4, doom 3 , far cry, far cry 2 when its releashed etc... Below are specs of my rig, if this was yours what would you upgrade on it and in what order? Thanks

please, dont take offense...but i hate it when people with perfectly fine rigs want to upgrade!!!!! i just feel deprived because my rig is probably the oldest here on the forum, dont mind my griping
upgrade the video card and the CPU cooler. zalman9700's are pure copper, which is amazing for taking heat and getting it the hell off of your cpu. your PSU could use a little upgrade, especially if you put in a new video card (which i HIGHLY suggest you do )
