Shows MY Internal Hard disks as External Devices

I have a AMD 3200+ processor , a ASUS A8N-VM -UAYGZ mother board along with 2 X 160 GB SATA hard disks which are shows as external devices from the time i bought those.

Can any one please help me out in changing the status of these drives from being External Device to internal hard drives.

I think there's an option it the device manager that let's you specify whether a storage device is a removable unit or not... I'd probably check on that, and if possible you should probably check "int13h unit", if there is such an option...
