Alphatronix New Member Oct 4, 2008 #1 I finished putting my build 2 gether. It recognizes my 8 gb ram, dvd burner, hhd, cpu, but after 30 swconds or so, the compuer shuts off. I dnt have time to do anything. I have a 1000w psu. Please help.

B bigd54 New Member Oct 4, 2008 #2 Sounds like your cpu is overheating check your cpu and heatsink. possibly reaply thermal plaste and reseat the heatsink
