Shutdown utility?

I'm looking for a very simple, but reliable shutdown utility program. My new wireless keyboard does not have a sleep key. I can change a couple of the keys to perform different tasks than the default, however shuting down is not an option. I can,however execute a program, so maybe if I installed a shutdown tool I can execute it with one keystroke. Anyone know of a decent one thats not full of bloatware.

there is a nice program that i use to set my computer to shut down when im not around..its in www.download.com just searh for shutdown and boom there you are, RS Sonmnifero is what i use, it has the coolest settings;hibernate,shut down, log off(i think), internet disconnect, cpu monitor (set the cpu work level to shut off at) and best a timer to set all of the great options off, nice huh
