Shuttle AV18 v1.3 need help and manual

I have a shuttle av18 v1.3 board (actually belongs to a teacher at my school). When I press power button, there's no video and it emits beeps in this sequence: long-short-short. IIRC it is an Award BIOS. Help? Manual links?

im sure someone on here can tell you what the beeps mean

EDIT: i found out what the beep code is:

1 long, 2 short Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information

Will check that the video card (appears to be generic TNT2) is properly seated when I get home at about 15.30 local time. Will post back then.
