shuttle pc motherboard upgrade

we use our shuttle pc (cube) x14 of them, to do graphic video displays, we are upgradeing our video cards when two of us started talking about doing a motherboard swap. the base of the computer is 11"x 7" and i am wondering how i will know if the new motherboard will fit and if this is the best process for my paticular application. i am looking at the XFX nForce 680i LT SLI ATX Motherboard & Core 2 Quad Q6600 Processor Bundle. this seems to be the best for multitasking and then i am considering the Verto GeForce 9600 GT 512MB PCIe 2.0 Graphics Card. is this something that i can fit into the cube case, and am i going to NEED to upgrade anything else to make this run better, fan, power,ect.? any help would be much appriciated thanks!
 
update

since post.... i have figured out that it is a micro atx motherboard and have found another one that i think will fit, Biostar 945GC mATX Motherboard & Pentium Dual-Core E2180 Processor/Memory Bundle. any recomedations?
