im sick of my crap internet, like i cant even stream a 1080p video on youtube without waiting for a while and i have been at peoples houses and they will load like a whole HD movie from online in a matter of minutes, whats the best internet to get?

yeah i know a lot of people have amazing internet, one of my friends has 20 download and 20 up, one of my friends has a bit higher, why does mine such so much?

Its just the service your paying for. Give you ISP a call and see what speeds they have and the prices.

we use to have dial up but we got high speed a few years ago, and thats all they have is dial up and high speed

well up to 3 apparently, i just found out my mom is buying the cheapest internet they have lol its bullshit they charge like 10 bucks for ever couple mbps you want, and also one of my friends said his apartment has fiber optic internet or somethign wtf is that?

I got at&t DSL.Bill is $65 a month with phone(can call anywhere in the states)
76ms ping 2.52Mbps down, .42 up.
I hear FIOS(Fiber optics) services get you the most speed,but can't confirm that.Your area also depends what you can have.I been wanting at&t uverse since its been out,but it still isn't available in my area.
Fastest I had was comcast,forgot what speeds I was geting,but it smoked what I get on at&t.
