Is there anything else I can cut back on? Maybye a cheaper power supply? I'm not really worried about 10-20$ I would rather get the better stuff if it's only a 10 dollar difference.

Definitely going to want to upgrade the motherboard, it'll bottleneck the sh*t out of the 4870x2.

You are battlenecking everything in the system, especially the videocard, I would reccommend a P45 based Chipset board. That should do you well.

If you want to cut back the price go with 2 gigabytes of RAM instead of 4 gigabytes. 2 gigabytes is plenty of memory. Take a look at this:

Okay I updated it, I'm most likely going to have vista and I multitask like crazy so I'm gonna keep the 4 gigs and for an extra 15 bux I think it's worth it to have the E8500 that's pocket change. Any other suggestions? I updated the list. Someone also told me with that board (the other one) I should spend the extra bux and get 1066 ram...
