*sigh* Need help.

I know I've asked a million questions on this forum, but I need help again. I downloaded DirectX9 but when I open my game (Team Fortress 2) it says that I'm still using my old driver. I already restarted my computer. I have a Dimension 3000, please help.
 
The onboard graphics in your computer will not run that game,
as explained in the other two threads you started about the same
subject.
