Im so close to building my new computer but all i need is a nice, QUIET power supply.
it has to able to run ATI Radeon HD 5870, AMD Phenom II x4 965 3,4Ghz.

I would call gaming psu's a gimmick... same with silent ones... As long as you get a quality brand then noise isn't an issue... for me anyway. My GPU fan is louder than anything else.

That has to have been a recent location update, when i read the OP there was no location. Directron offers international shipping as well i believe.

Your computer must be very loud then. For me the noisiest component of my computer is my power supply. Everytime I game the fan whirls up and I can hear it. Otherwise my computer is pretty much silent as I use Noctua SF-12 800 and 1200rpm fan with a Zalman VF-1000 copper GPU hsf.

Yes Antec P183 does a great job at noise dampening.
