Silent HDD (mounts/stoppers/whatever)?

I have a rather silent computer, only fans running most the time are my 12cm psu fan on 'auto' (pretty low rpm usually), my 20cm Antec case fan on low, and my cpu fan on low. all in all pretty inaudible, the loudest thing now is my HDDs. They're at the front of my Antec 900, about a foot from my face, and though they're quiet, pretty normal HDD sounds, I can tell there's case vibrations, and it bugs the shit out of me.
Does anyone know of anything that'll make my HDDs (two) quieter? I found some things online already, but I'd LOVE to have someone's opinions and suggestions :)

Go with the complete enclosures, the dampening strips or w/e they're called doesn't really do much.

Another downside is that your hard drive will run a bit hotter.

mehh depends there are a couple of good ones out there that connect their heatsinks to the hard disk top cover which helps dissipate heat and sometimes even let them run cooler.
