Sim City 4

Hi

Sim City 4 is using 100% CPU when running. My temperature goes from 50degrees celcuis up to 65 degrees celcuis. The gameplay is sluggish and mouse cursor flickers.

I have updated my graphics drivers, increased virtual memory, and lowered game settings but this does not have any effect.

System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 2 with latest update.
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.8GHz
504MB RAM

Intel (R) Extreme Graphics 2 with latest update.
Matrox G450 Multi Monitor with latest update.

Any help please.

Intel graphics are indergrated don't expect a wonderful experince. I play it on a Intel GMA 900 128mb. And may I say it's chucky.

I forgot to mention that Sim City 4 runs 300,000K's - 800,000k's in the task manager
