Simple but stumped

Hi all thanks for your recent help. ATM in windows xp my windows wont fit onto the page, as in i cant get to the bottom or side of my page and there are no bars to scroll the page up or down. This has happened before and it was an easy fix but i cant remember how i did it, as you can guess im not completely computer iliterate if thats spelt right

Sounds like a resolution issue.

Right-click anywhere on the Desktop and select Properties. Go to the Settings Tab and make the resolution higher (move it up one notch at a time until you find one you like) and click Apply.
