it kind of looks like a crappy card but oh well.

ok well i installed the card but when i go to look at wut internet connections are available it says that there is no wireless card

i have tried to uninstal are re instal the card but it still aint workin

so do i need a new card do you think?
should i get a new card?
if so is an average one from best buy or something good enough.
i also saw that best buy celss like the 802.11 G and 802.11 M
does it matter which card i get

first thing you can do is reseat the wireless card whether it is a MiniPCI or PCMCIA card and see if the OS detects it. If that doesn't work, you can try replacing it, but would need to find out what wireless cards are compatible with your wireless router, a/b/g, etc...
