Sims 3

Ok, so I'm re-installing all my wifes Sims 3/expansion packs back on my PC. The problem is, when I install the game/expansion packs on my 1TB HDD, it puts the add-on stuff(clothes,places,buildings, etc.) on my OS drive(C) in start/james/mydocuments/ea/sims3. I tried to launch sims 3 to see if I could relocate the folder to my 1TB drive, but theres no option for that. I need it off my SSD, just takes up to much space for me to leave it there(14GB). How can I move the folder off my main drive and put it on my 1TB, but still have the add-ons work? Any help would be great. Thank you.

PS. when I pull the folder from the default dictionary(start/james/mydocuments/ea/sims3) all the add-ons/stuff is not listed in the game.

I have my documents folder set up on my larger hard drive and using the Windows 7 Libraries feature I also set the default save location there as well. Maybe try that and reinstall?
