Size comparison: 8800GT vs. 8800GTS (G92)

According to the tech specs on EVGA's website, they are the same size. But the image on the sheet makes the GTS look thicker and longer. Granted, this is just my impression of what it *looks* like on a PDF file, but I wanted to see if anyone knew for sure.

Also, does the GTS run much hotter/use more power?
 
The GTS is alot thicker, probably double as thick as most GT. It's a double slot card. I don't know how they compare length wise though, probably about the same.
 
Most video cards are dual slot, it takes up two pci ports on your case. most motherboards pci-e and pci slots are spaced apart for dual slot cards and for cooling purposes.

So no, it shouldn't block anything
