Size ratio = FAT32/NTFS

Is there a certain size ratio between the FAT32 partition, and the NTFS partition on a hard drive?

I'm trying to allocate more space to my NTFS partition, but I'm not sure if I should also increase the size of my FAT32 partition.

Am I wrong in viewing the FAT32 as a 'swap file'?

the total space of all the partitions cannot exceed the space of the hard drive, so you can't increase the size of both partitions. i use my FAT32 partition for swap file, but you might want to consider reformatting yours to NTFS because it is faster.
