Skinning Windows 2000(is it possible)

Is it possible to skin the Windows 2000 OS if so, how?

what do you wan't to skin? do you mean theme?

Yes, I should of said theme. I have found how to make everyrthing but the top bar of windows look like mac. I also want to find some way to change the taskbar.
