Is there a GPU with the heat sink/fan on the opposite side than standard?
I need to install a second one but the only slot available is close to the case so a standard GPU will not fit, in addition the monitors I want to connect are DVi
But HDMI or display port will work as I can use an adaptor.

These are just for everyday use the other card is supporting 3 HD monitors for sim racing and are mounted on a stand.
The everyday ones will not be used when I am using the 3 gaming ones

That said I do still have one HDMI port available on the card (RX7900 GRE) and according to the specs on the MB (MEG X670E Ace) I can use one USB C "from CPU with display port ALT mode" (which am not sure how that will work)
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
 
That motherboard has 3 slots for video cards. it looks like the 7900gre supports up to 4 monitors you may need an adapter though.

I guess another option is to install a small graphic card and run 4 from the GRE and one from that card.
As I said they will not be on at the same time its two for every day stuff and the three for gaming
The three are a G9 49" and two UJ590

The two desktop monitors are just a pair of older Dell1920x1080

Just trying to figure out the best way to run the two desktop monitors

Why do you have a $680 motherboard and DVI monitors ? lol.

USBC to DP sounds easiest and you could just use the iGPU.
