Skype Alternative

My girlfriend is overseas, and her ISP has the VoIP port blocked. What are the alternatives to voice and video chat that dont use this port?? i dont want to create a VPN, too much hassle for her..

^Try that, because there are alternatives like ooVoo, but the call quality is nowhere near as good as Skype.

Have you tried Google Talk?
it seems it can use https port (443)
