I just purchased a cd key for steam for skyrim legendary edition. I put it into steam and REGULAR skyrim appeared in my library. Should I contact the seller or is this normal an it's actually the legendary edition it just doesn't say so?
 
It's legendary edition. Right-click Skyrim in your Steam library and go to Properties. Then go to the DLC tab and it'll show all the DLC that comes with the legendary edition.
