Will a 700 watt GameXStream run them? I'm thinking no.

I think they do, but not with too many peripherals. I would go for an 850-1000W.

As always it depends somewhat on your other hardware, but with an average system.

Would it do it? Yes.
Would I recommend it? No.

It might be able to squeeze by, but I wouldnt recommend it. I'd say nothing less then an 850W and nothing less then say, 70A combined on the +12V rails.

Like omega said, you need to make sure your PSU can handle the amper load that the VC will be pulling. add up ALL your componints and make sure your total amper rating and volt rating is what you have on your PSU. every item should have it on the sticker. GL
