If I am building a system with SLI will I have to buy SLI memory, power supply, and what not?

It is recommended that you buy SLi-Recommended components if going SLi. An SLi PSU is a must, in my opinion.

I still don't totally understand what SLI memory is... Memory is memory, but maybe I'm missing something. As for a power supply, it's not required that you get an SLI power supply, but it's helpful. The main thing they have would be two PCI-Express connections for the video cards. However, as long as it has enough juice for the cards, any power supply would be fine as long as you get some converters for the additional PCI-express connections(they typically come with the cards.)

However, if you look at price/performance, a single card is typically cheaper and yields better performance than duel cards.
