SLI Upgrade

I'm wanting to upgrade my system to an SLI system and soon. I'm keeping everything but my motherboard (obviously), video card (its an AGP card), and RAM (I'm also wanting to do more overclocking). My specs are in my sig, but basically I think all that will matter is that its an AMD S939. I also want it to hold up to 4 gigs of RAM (4 slots). Here's what I had in mind:

XFX PVT45GUD Geforce 6800GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16
369.00

CORSAIR XMS 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory
218.00

ASUS A8N-SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard
139.00

Total = 726.00 (and im selling all my old stuff for a total of 460, so this is a 700+ dollar upgrade for 266.00 :))

My main concerne is the motherboard, I am pretty confident with the rest of the parts, but please tell me if you've ad experiences with them/do not reccommend them/do reccommend them. Money is not too big of an issue, but I don't want to spend anything ridiculous (all in USD) and I am currently only buying one video card, but maybe within the next paycheck ot two will buy another... Tell me if I should stick with this or just go all out and buy two BFG GeForce 7800's :D.

one 7800 should run any game out there. I would go with one 7800 and add another one on when games start needing two.

yah one 7800 would be fine. if you're rich then i guess you can do whatever

Haha, yeah well I'm not really rich, but I work a lot, and make about 200 a week... and I'm only sixteen so I don't have much else to spend money on (other than a futur house/car :D). I know it will play any game with only one, and a 6800 will probly play any game just as good.... but would the extra couple hundred dollars be worth the two 7800 or should i just stick with two 6800s... Also, with the 6800's I've read ultras run pretty hot, should this be a concern?

Edit: At the top I posted 6800GT, and now I'm asking about 6800 Ultra... the reason I chose GT was because of the temperatures... so if the high temp is true, should I stay with GT?

Go for the 78class if u can handle the price. Also, consider ether the "Premium" version of that mobo (wherre they changed a few things) or a MSI/DFI board

Well the 6800Ultra technically has a better cooler but the 6800GT's cooler is more than competent
