I have a P4 3.2ghz laptop with 1.5gb of ram running XP home and yet when I run and use programs, even such things as browsing through my computer or using IE, these programs/windows quite often tend to take forever to load load or even lock up briefly when I am using them... why do they do this? There should be no reason for this on such a fast system. Is there a way to fix it?
