Slow Loading Webpages

Tonight my system is very slow loading Yahoo etc about 30sec, so I did a speed test and it is normal (for my system) ping 35 msec download of 6mbs.
As it was OK when I switched off yesterday it cannot be my PC. Can anyone please explain? I would think that the contention ration would slow down my download speed.
 
It seems to me that you just emptied the cache. Or it might be a javascript loop in the code. Or maybe your isp is an asshole, and keeps decreasing the speed for short periods of time. If you keep having problems:
-check if other websites load hard
-check if they load hard for a second time
-try different browser
-try browser without any kind of extensions
-check your internet speed again.
