Basically I cannot run Minecraft smoothly and I often have problems running old games that would have originally ran on much less powerful PC's. Like games from 2001! I have Minecraft on the lowest settings and it still lags so much it's unplayable. Do I need an upgrade of PC? Or is there something I have done that is causing this? Please help me as I am not that good with computer hardware. Thankyou!

Does it play better before? or it is like that when you get it. the Intel HD graphic is not so good on games.
cheers.

How much do gaming pc's go for? Like one that could run most games smoothly?
And it's always been like it but it's got slowly worse but thats probably just with the crap ive but on it. Would clearing my whole system and reinstalling windows help at all?

I mean desktop, laptops would be way to expensice. I used a program called "Cloud System Booster" that basically cleans your PC up and it's helped alot. I have been running minecraft smoothly with decent settings. I'm going to defrag and delete all the crap off my hard drive to. I think I've got more tha one antivirus installed and there all running at the same time. Thanks for help btw bro!

Well here is the question, do you think you can build one yourself? Of do you want a pre-built. There is some good tutorials on building them, or maybe you have a friend that could?

I do have a friend that could, but if i was going to build one I'd want to learn to do it myself. If it was cheaper I would build it myself but if pre-built is cheaper i would go with that.

Much cheaper to build one yourself, you can put what you want in it, pick a cool looking case, and its a great learning experience.
