Right so my family pc,
Dell dimension 4500
2.4ghz pentium
1gb ram
80gb hd
yeh its pretty old but every so often it runs really slow and programs take ages to respond, even though the cpu usage is only around 5%. I dont get it, why does it do this cause it is really annoying
