Slow Windows 7 startup

Hello,

So I am troubleshooting Windows 7 starting up slowly. After logging in, it takes in upwards of a minute to actually get into Windows on my account. I have another Administrator's account on the same computer that takes about 5 seconds. I started troubleshooting this with msconfig and found that it loads quick with all services disabled. Soo, I will start the long process of slowly adding them in until it's slow again.
However, I thought it might be a good idea to check in here to see if anyone knows of a specific service or services that could be giving me trouble?

I would be more tempted to think that it's startup files, not services, that are slowing down your system. Did you look to see what programs are starting up on that particular user account?

Alright, the startup folder is empty, and I have all of the startup files disabled in msconfig. Where else can I look for startup files?

Thanks
