an 8800gtx is 26.67cm long, a micro-atx motherboard is 24.38cm wide/long. Looking at pictures of that case, it'll be pretty tight, as there's the harddrive cage at the front of the case, which will interfere with expansion cards that are much longer than micro-atx motherboards alone.
