small problem after downloading itunes

hi guys im new here and i have a question. i recently bought an iphone and in order to activate it i needed i tunes. so i downloaded it from itunes.com. and after that when i would run streaming games or try and play a game on my computer , it will play then while im in the middle of doing something it will freeze momentarily then keep going, or if im trying , it freezes and then types the word after ive already typed it, ive tried uninstaling i tunes but it didnt help... can anyone give me any advice... would i need to reformatt it in order to get rid of this aggervating freeze..

by the way i have a dell xps ( the 4k one)

run disc clean up through : start : all programs: accessories...
after that try going into your options menu in whatever explorer you are using and clearing all data, (make sure you know the user names and passwords for all sites first because this will clear them). If it persists, then reply
