Well, please bare with me, not sure I can explain this right.
So I use FIREFOX Typically, but at the moment I'm using IE. For some reason, there is a blank dialog box that pops up when I connect on FF...I kept getting this message to update the Codepec something. I chose not to download it, and yes I don't want to receive this message any longer.
I can't take a picture because it prevents me from closing it, or using the internet on FF.
You know how when something is open, until you complete the action, you can't do anything else...well that is the issue...
I hate IE...I did uninstall and reinstall FF., but that did not resolve the issue. If anyone has a tip for me, I would surely appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
