So does this reformat my computer?

I just got this program and it claims to reset my computer from when the computer was new, i want to do this because im missing things in my regristy and overall my computer is just messed up

 
All that does is bring your system settings back to when it was first installed. 3rd party softwares like this make a record of the settings there and return the system to that point only. It doesn't reformat a drive. The idea there is similar to what XP now has included in it being the system restore feature which is usually more reliable.
