got my proc overclocked to 2.7ghz... problem is now that my memory or my motherboard (not sure which one) wont let me run a divider 1:1 or lower when i overclock. it also wont let me loosen timings. if i try to do one of the above while the fsb is overclocked it just gives me a big long beep.
anyone have any ideas whats going wrong?
i got my memory to 4-4-4-12 ddr2-950... at 2.2V default is 1.9V...
basically my memory is holding back my overclock. id just buy new memory rated at say... ddr2-1066, problem with that is that it might default at ddr2-800 on my motherboard and not let me run a 667 divider and hold me back again. ughh problems... any ideas?

haha yea, i have. i wouldnt dare leave the first bios on there. most newer boards have outdated bios versions cause they update them so quickly.
