So my Comp is F*****, any ideas?

So, I went to the kitchen real quick and I came back and was suprised to see a blue screen of death saying:

DUMPING PHSICAL MEMORY

I thought to myself meh, I'll just restart and everything will be fine. But, after restarting, the computer powered on with all the fans and drives but nothing appeared on the monitor. I then searched around the internet and apparently this error occurs when there's incompatible hardware or an incompatible device driver on your computer and I removed all the USB connections and other hardware from the comp hoping to get at least a BIOS. Restarted again and again same thing, powered on but no display and sounded like the comp was rebooting over and over.

So, I was wondering if anyone has any insight or ideas about how to solve the issue. My shot in the dark guess would be the video card but could be very wrong. Anyways sorry for the wordy posts and any advice would be much appreciated.

"hoping to get at least a BIOS" from a bios that may have failed? Without any beep code errors being heard the board is the main suspect while another hardware could be the problem. Have you installed any new hardware like a new video card or memory upgrade lately? How about any new program?
 
I'd agree with PC eye, if it was all working ok then blue screened and now won't even POST then I would suspect the motherboard.
 
It sounds like a VGA or RAM problem. Do you have one stick or two? Unplug one of the sticks and see if you still have the problem. Try both. Unplug everything in the computer that isn't necessary to boot, including the drives, and see if it gives you a post after that. If not, try a different VGA.

That would be clearing the cmos by jumping the shant from pins #1 + #2 to #2 + #3 and then back usually after removing the lithium battery on the board itself from the holder seen there. From there the first thing seen upon starting the system will be the initial bios setup screen for setting time and date along with making any changes to setting done when first installing the board.
