Soc. 478 heatsink

would any kind of heatsink and fan fit on a Soc. 478? i was gonna get a good heatsink and fan 2 put in my 240, but since it's a Dell, i didnt know if it will work..

yes if both the Heatsink and the socket are the same (478) it will work.
